MY JOURNEY

I am currently a PhD candidate at Stockholm University, where my legal research focuses on access to justice for victim-survivors of domestic violence. This academic journey has honed my analytical skills and fueled my passion for research, but my true calling lies in the transformative power of yoga and its scientific exploration.
In the summer of 2024, I earned my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certification with Uplifted and Brett Larkin. This experience was not just a certification; it was a life-changing journey that deepened my understanding of yoga as a holistic practice that nurtures the body, mind, and soul. Yoga, to me, is a path of self-discovery and healing that complements my academic pursuits.
